need help trying to locate a vintage pattern

this pattern is early 70s . it is a couch and chair the body made of foam only while the two sets of covers one in sailcloth the outer in any fabric you choose with zip off covering for machine washing. please help if you can i would like to make for christmas gift. thanks just mail me. oh one more thing all the pieces are held together with heavy fabric type strapes with small buckle type deals . thanks again.
